Reports

Reports are the easiest way to regularly bring yourself (and others) up-to-date with the latest trends in your church.

The three report types

There are three different kinds of reports that can be created within the system: built-in reports, custom reports, and comprehensive reports.

Built-in reports focus on common metrics, such as attendance, whereas custom reports can be built to gather information about anything recorded in your system. Use custom reports to focus on your custom fields. Comprehensive reports are simply a smattering of your other reports compiled into one. Use these for deeper analysis, and for identify trends across your data.

Different reports can be used for different departments and user roles; there are reports which help specifically with pastoral care and people, and others specifically related to services and groups.
