How to Create a QR Code for your Elvanto Form or Event

Two Ways to Create Your Code

1. Log into Elvanto as Admin.
2. Select Forms.
3. Choose the form you want to use with your QR code.
4. Click on the green Embed button in the upper right hand corner.
5. Open your link in a new Google Chrome.

   1. Right-click on the page in Google Chrome:

      1. Select "QR Code for this Page."
      2. Click "Download" to save the QR code image.

   2. Use a QR code generator website:

      1. Visit a website like https://www.qr-code-generator.com/.
      2. Upload the URL of your form.
      3. Customize the QR code as desired.
      4. Download the free QR code image for sharing.
