How to use an Archived Email

An archive email can be used to ensure you have a copy of all emails sent from within Elvanto.

To set up your archive email, navigate to the Communication Settings (go to Settings and then click Communication), under the heading ‘Archive Email’.

Add the email, then press save. Once this has been added, a duplicate email will be sent to this address after any email that gets sent from within the system.

Please be aware that emails automatically delete after 3 months.
