Configuring "From" Email Addresses in Access Permissions

For users to send emails from specific "From" email addresses, you need to configure access permissions within your communication settings. Follow these steps to enable this feature:

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Click on Access Permissions.
  3. In the Admin Area Menu, choose Communication.
  4. Enable Allow access to communication by ticking the corresponding box.
  5. For sending emails from specific addresses, tick Send emails from specific email addresses. This allows users to utilize email addresses specified in Settings -> Communication.
  6. Check the box beside each email address that users with this access permission are allowed to send emails from.

After completing these configurations, when composing an email, you'll have the option to select the desired "From" email address from a dropdown menu. This enables you to control the sender address for outbound communications effectively.
