Viewing Sent Emails in Elvanto

Keeping track of communication with your members is essential. Here’s how you can view emails sent to specific members or all emails sent within a timeframe in Elvanto.

Viewing Emails Sent to a Specific Member

  1. Navigate to the Member’s Profile

    • Go to the profile of the member you want to check.
  2. Select the ‘Activity’ Tab

    • Click on the ‘Activity’ tab within their profile.
    • This will display a history of modifications and all emails/SMS sent to the individual.

Viewing All Emails Sent from the System

To view all emails sent from the system within a specified timeframe, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Reports Section

    • Navigate to either Reports > All Built-in Reports > People or People > Reports.
  2. Select the People Activity Report

    • Click on the ‘People Activity Report’.
  3. Configure the Report

    • Under the heading ‘Report on People Activity’, select ‘Emails Sent’.
    • Specify the timeframe of the emails you want to review.
    • You can also filter the results by Demographics, Location, or People Category of the recipients.
