Adjusting Paper and Label Sizes

Before printing your labels, you can adjust the paper and label sizes you are using. This article explains how to do so.

Address Label Templates & Customization

You can create multiple templates or customize existing ones for your Address Labels. This can be done through the Admin Area.
  1. Navigate to Settings. You can either manually select Formatting or search for "label" or "formatting" in the search bar.
  2. Scroll down to the Label section.
  3. Here, you will see your templates. You can either start from scratch or click Edit on an existing template.
  4. When editing, you will see the current format of your label (which typically includes fields like family, primary spouse, address, city, state, postcode, and country).
  5. To add additional fields (such as an extra mailing address line), scroll through the available fields or use the search function.
  6. Simply drag and drop the new field into your label format. You can choose to place it on the same line as existing text or push it down to appear on a new line below.
  7. Click Save on the label editor, and then click Save on the main page to apply your changes.
Note: It is highly recommended to do a test print after customizing your fields. This ensures that your new layout doesn't cause text to get cut off or appear smaller than necessary when the system downisizes the information to fit the selected label type.
