Many churches rely on volunteers to manage check-ins on Sunday mornings. To facilitate this, volunteers must have the necessary permissions to access the Check-Ins section from the Admin Area in Elvanto. This guide will walk you through the process of creating and assigning the appropriate access permissions for check-ins.
How to Add or Edit Access Permissions to Allow Access to Check-In
- Log into Elvanto with Settings Permissions.
- Navigate to Settings in the main menu.
- Select Access Permissions.
- Add or edit an access permission:
- Click "Add Access Permission" to create a new permission set.
- Or, select an existing Access Permission to edit.
- Under the Services menu:
- Tick the box next to "Allow Access to Check-In".
- Tick the box next to "View".
- Under the Check-In menu:
- Tick the box next to "Allow Access to Check-In".
- Tick the box next to "Rooms".
- Click Save to apply the changes.
