Access Permissions for Check-In Use

Many churches rely on volunteers to manage check-ins on Sunday mornings. To facilitate this, volunteers must have the necessary permissions to access the Check-Ins section from the Admin Area in Elvanto. This guide will walk you through the process of creating and assigning the appropriate access permissions for check-ins.

How to Add or Edit Access Permissions to Allow Access to Check-In

  1. Log into Elvanto with Settings Permissions.
  2. Navigate to Settings in the main menu.
  3. Select Access Permissions.
  4. Add or edit an access permission:
    • Click "Add Access Permission" to create a new permission set.
    • Or, select an existing Access Permission to edit.
  5. Under the Services menu:
    • Tick the box next to "Allow Access to Check-In".
    • Tick the box next to "View".
  6. Under the Check-In menu:
    • Tick the box next to "Allow Access to Check-In".
    • Tick the box next to "Rooms".
  7. Click Save to apply the changes.
