Access Permissions for Check-In Use

To grant an Elvanto user access to check-ins, follow these steps to create and assign the appropriate permissions for viewing services and checking in to rooms.

How to Add or Edit Access Permissions to Allow Access to Check-In

  1. Log into Elvanto with Settings Permissions.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Choose Access Permissions.
  4. Add or Edit an Access Permission by clicking "Add Access Permission" or Select the appropriate Access Permission. to Edit.
  5. Under the 'Services' Menu, tick the box next to 'Allow Access to Check-In' and the box next to 'view'.
  6. Next, under the 'Check-in' Menu, tick the box next to 'Allow Access to Check-in,' as well as the box next to 'Rooms'.
  7. Click 'Save'.
