How Do I Give Permission for Check in?

Ensuring your volunteers and kids ministry have the necessary tools like for efficient service is crucial. A pivotal aspect of this is the assignment of Check-in Permissions within Elvanto. Before getting started we recommend creating or modifying Access Permissions to include Check-in capabilities, and then follow the steps below on how to apply these permissions to your volunteers. For optimal organization and functionality, we advise setting up Access Permissions tailored specifically to the needs of your kids ministry or any volunteers utilizing the Check-in feature.

Tip

When adding conflicting permissions the least of the permissions will take effect. For example, if you add two Access Permissions to a single user that have conflicting permissions the least (More restrictive) permission will take effect.

Add Access Permissions to a Profile (Individually)

  1. Log into Elvanto as an Admin.
