You can give your users the ability to find the contact details of other members from within the Member Area. Follow these steps to enable and access these settings.
Steps to Enable Member Directory Access
1. Navigate to Access Permissions
- Login to your Elvanto Admin account.
- Select ‘Settings’ from the top bar.
- Click on ‘Access Permissions’ when the page loads.
2. Edit the Desired Access Permission
- Select the Access Permission you want to edit to grant access to the Member Directory.
- Click the ‘Member Directory’ option on the left side of the screen.
3. Allow Access to the Member Directory
- Check the box to Allow access to the ‘Member Directory’.
- Include other lockdown settings if needed to limit access permissions by departments, demographics, locations, or groups.
