How to Generate a Comprehensive Report

Comprehensive reports in Elvanto allow you to collate multiple reports and display the information in one place. This guide will walk you through the steps to generate a comprehensive report and customize it to include various report items, images, and text.

Steps to Generate a Comprehensive Report

1. Navigate to Reports > Add Custom Report > Comprehensive Report.

2. Setting Up the Report:

  • Give the report a title.
  • Select a category for the report to fit under.

3. Adding Items to the Comprehensive Report:

  • Click the ‘Add Report Item’ button.
  • A window will appear allowing you to choose the reports you want to insert into the comprehensive report. You can also insert images or text.

4. Types of Items You Can Add:

  • Both Built-in and Standard reports can be used in comprehensive reports.
  • Use the Text & Images option to add additional information to the report.

5. Customizing the Report:

  • After adding the desired reports and information, the design screen will show a preview of your comprehensive report.

6. Generating the Final Report:

  • To see the final comprehensive report, click the Generate Report button.
  • The individual reports will be collated and displayed together in the comprehensive report.
