How to run Reports on Check-in Attendance

To view and run reports on Check-in Attendance, hover on the ‘Reports’ tab. From here, hover on ‘Built in Reports’, and select ‘Check-in’ under Existing Reports.

On this page, you can generate different reports from your Check-in attendance data.

Built-in Check-in Reports

Overall Check-in Attendance Report

This shows a report of overall check-ins over a specific timeframe. It lists rooms, how many check-ins, average check-ins and room load.

Room Attendance Report

This shows a report of people who were checked in over a specific timeframe. It lists rooms and the names of people checked into that room.

Absentees Report

This report shows people who have not checked in during a specific date range.
