How to Export a Report

Elvanto helps keep track of all your donations in one place. You can record transactions manually or set up an integration with Tithely. In this article, we will go over how to pull a report from Elvanto that shows your financials. There are a few different reports you can pull.

Exporting Reports

  1. Log into Elvanto as an Admin.
    Note: You must be a Super Admin or have Financial permission.
  2. Hover over Reports.
  3. Select:
    •  All Custom Reports
    • All Built-in Reports (recommended)
    • Add Custom Reports
    • Categories
  4. Select the batch name to start generating a report. 
    Note: You can select Generate or Email. Selecting Email allows you to schedule the report to be emailed to specific people on a recurring basis at the time you choose.
  5. Select the fields to customize your report.
    Note: Depending on the report you are exporting, these fields in the pop-up will be slightly different. Be sure to review each section before continuing. 
  6. Select Output.
    Note: If you want to download this file for your records, we recommend selecting PDF or CSV. To import into another software, select CSV.
  7. Select Generate
    Note: The file will automatically download to your computer. Depending on your computer, there may be a pop-up asking where you would like this file to be saved. 

Elvanto Tip

Select the heart icon next to the reports you use most frequently. This will favorite this report and save it for quick reference. You can view all your favorite reports by hovering over Reports then selecting Favorite Reports.
