This guide will help you understand how to handle group requests, from receiving notifications to accepting or rejecting requests.
Receiving Group Request Notifications
Email and System Notifications
- Email Notifications: Group leaders will receive email notifications of any newly submitted applications.
- System Notifications: Notifications will also appear within the system.
Note: Only leaders (not assistant leaders or group category admins) of the group will receive these notifications.
Viewing Pending Group Requests
Accessing the Pending Requests
- View All Pending Group Requests: Click on the “View All Pending Group Requests” link to access a list of all requests, containing detailed information about each one.
Managing Group Requests
Accepting or Rejecting Requests
- Review Requests: The group leader can review each request.
- Accept or Reject: Choose to accept or reject each request as needed.
- Notify the Applicant: When accepting or rejecting a request, you can choose to notify the person who made the request about the decision.
