Group Leaders in Elvanto can manage newly submitted applications efficiently through email notifications and system alerts. This guide provides a step-by-step overview of handling group requests, from receiving notifications to accepting or rejecting applications.

Steps for Managing Group Applications

  1. Receive Notifications:

    • Group Leaders will receive email notifications and system notifications for any newly submitted applications.
  2. View Pending Requests:

    • Click on the “View All Pending Group Requests” link to access a list of all pending requests, containing detailed information.
  3. Accept or Reject Requests:

    • Group Leaders can accept or reject each request as needed.
    • When making a decision, you can choose to notify the applicant about the acceptance or rejection.

Things to Consider

  • All Fields Required:
    • All fields in the application are mandatory. Applications cannot be submitted without completing each field.
  • Notifications:
    • Only leaders of the group will receive notifications, not assistant leaders or group category admins.
  • Group Capacity:
    • Currently, there is no way to limit the number of people who can join a group. The open/closed status must be manually controlled by admins.
