Group Reminder Settings

Elvanto's group management tools offer a seamless way to enhance communication and connectivity within your church. This guide walks you through adjusting essential settings, including email notifications, attendance reminders, and the Group Finder feature. Learn to effortlessly manage these settings to keep your congregation informed, engaged, and easily connected. Whether for scheduling notes, ensuring group participation, or facilitating new member integration, these adjustments in Elvanto are key to optimizing your church's group management strategy.

 

Group Settings

  1. Log into Elvanto as an Admin.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Search for and select Groups.
  4. Here you can edit group settings:
    • Email notifications for scheduled notes.
    • Group Reminders to Attend.
    • Reporting.
    • Reporting Reminder Link Requires Login?
  5. Select Save.

Group Finder Settings

  1. Log into Elvanto as an Admin.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Search for and select Groups.
  4. Select Group Finder.
    Note: The Group Finder allows members of your church to find groups that they may be interested in joining, and get in contact with group leaders to sign up and get better connected with your church.
  5. Select No or Yes to enable or disable the group finder ability.
