How to Add a Batch

Using Batches while recording your finances is a great way to organize your giving records. Batches are typically attributed to grouped transactions that are deposited at the same time. In this article, we will go over how to add a new Batch.

  1. Log into Elvanto as an Admin.
  2. Hover over Financial in the navigation menu. 
  3. Select Batches.
  4. Select Add Batch
  5. Enter a Name, the Status, Date, and select if this batch has been Transferred
    Note: Transferred is for your own records if the physical funds have been transferred to the bank or not. This is an optional field. 
  6. Select Save.
    Note: Your new batch is now created. Add Transactions to your new batch by selecting the Add Transactions button to add transactions to your batch.
