How to Set Up Services with Multiple Times in Elvanto

Elvanto allows you to create services with multiple times (e.g., 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM) to accommodate churches that hold repeated services on the same day. You can also configure volunteer preferences to ensure your teams are scheduled according to their availability.

How to Add Multiple Service Times

1. Navigate to the Services section in Elvanto.

2. Click Add Service.

3. Enter the service name and date.

4. Add the initial service time (e.g., 8:30 AM).

5. Click the green plus icon next to the time field to add additional service times (e.g., 10:00 AM).

6. If needed, you can also specify Rehearsal Times or other time blocks related to the service.

💡 Multiple service times are useful for Sunday morning services, special events, or back-to-back services with similar teams.

How to Set Volunteer Preferences for Service Times

Volunteers can indicate their preferred service times, helping you schedule them more effectively.

1. Navigate to People > All People.

2. Select the appropriate People Category (e.g., Volunteers or Worship Team).

3. Search for and click on the volunteer's name to open their profile.

4. Go to the Volunteer Preferences section.

5. Adjust their preferred service times based on their availability.

6. Click Save to apply the changes.
