How to Access Built-in Contact Templates
To edit the built-in contact templates in Elvanto, you'll need to follow these steps:
- Log in as a Super Admin, or Admin with Settings Permissions.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Built-in Contact Templates.
- From here, you can select the Contact Template Category and template and edit the template as needed. Click here for further instructions.
