How to Set up Archive Reasons

Managing archived profiles efficiently is crucial for maintaining accurate records within your organization. This section enables you to configure whether a reason is required when archiving a person, ensuring clarity and consistency in your data. How to Set up Archive Reasons

  1. To set up archive reasons, navigate to Settings > People
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to “Archiving People
  3. Select “Yes, require a reason when archiving people” and click the green “Add” button to begin adding various archive reasons such as: “Moved Away”, “Unresponsive”, etc. 
  4. Once you start adding your customized archive reasons, another field will appear allowing you to determine whether or not you would like to allow the input of custom archive reasons by the individual admins who have access to archiving profiles. 
  5. Click save

Viewing Archive Reason Reports

  1. To view reporting on archive reasons navigate to People > Reports
  2. Select the “People Activity” report and follow these instructions to generate and customize your report.
