Automatically Generate Giving Numbers For New Donors

In this article we will go over how to set up a feature that will automatically create giving numbers for new members. This tool does not retro actively create giving numbers how ever you can do that by selecting the Add Giving Numbers to All People on the Fiancial settings page, learn more about this in this article: How to Generate Giving Numbers For All Users. 

1. Log into Elvanto.
2. Select Settings.
3. Locate and select Financial.
4. Locate the Giving Numbers section.
5. Select Automatically generate a giving number.
   Note: This will on take effect for new users.
6. Select a Minimum Number Length. (Optional)
7. Select Save.
