How to set up the Proclaim Integration

If you have a Proclaim Online account, you can easily integrate it with Elvanto to plan your services and import those plans into a Proclaim presentation. Follow these steps to set up the integration and streamline your service planning process.

Setting Up the Integration

  1. Navigate to Settings in Elvanto:

    • Log into your Elvanto account.
    • Go to the Settings section.
  2. Add the Proclaim Integration:

    • Once the Settings page loads, click on ‘Integrations’.
    • Click the ‘Add’ button.
    • From the pop-up menu, select 'Proclaim by Logos'.
  3. Obtain Your Client ID:

    • A window will appear with your Client ID. Copy this ID to your clipboard.
  4. Open Proclaim and Import from Elvanto:

    • Open your Proclaim software.
    • Click ‘Import From Elvanto’ or navigate to the ‘Linked Accounts’ option in the menu.
    • Paste the Client ID you copied from Elvanto into the field provided.
  5. Authenticate Your Elvanto Account:

    • The system will prompt you to log in using your Elvanto username and password.
    • Once authenticated, your integration with Proclaim will be enabled.
