How to Find Deceased People
- Login to your Elvanto Admin account.
- Hover on the People section in the main menu on the left-hand side.
- Once the menu pops out to the right, click on Advanced Search in the list.
- Under Specify Filter Criteria select the drop down Date Added and choose Deceased from the list.
- Switch Include Deceased People to Only Show Deceased People in the dropdown and click Search. This will return a list of the people in your database that have been marked as deceased.
How to Restore Deceased People to Active
- Hover over People in the main menu and select Advanced Search.
- Under Specify Filter Criteria, select the "Date Added" dropdown and choose Deceased.
- Switch the "Include Deceased People" setting to Only Show Deceased People and click Search.
- Once you find the individual, check the box by their name and click the green Mass Manage button at the top of the list.
- In the dropdown menu, select Change Field.
- In the next dropdown that appears, change People Category to Deceased.
- Then change Yes to No
