At Tithely we strive to make data migration as painless as possible. The instructions below will guide you through how to export People information out of your current Richmond Software account to be imported into Elvanto.
How to Export People from Richmond Software

Login to your Richmond Software account.

Navigate to "Family" > "System" > "import Family Information".

Change drop-down menu to “Export”.

Add all the info you'd like to export to the right-hand side.

Click on “Export to File” > "Select Location". When saving the file, use the extension .csv
Please Note: The people export doesn't include column headers, so you'll have to add them after the export.
