This help article provides an overview of the essential exports and people fields for your event registrations. These reports will help you effectively track and organize your ticketing and invoicing processes. All collected information plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate data management and smooth event operations.
How to export your Guest List
- Navigate to Events > select your event and click on either the ‘Edit’ or ‘Guest’ tab
- From the left hand side menu, under ‘Actions’ select ‘Export Guest List’
- From the pop up, choose which guests you would like to export.
- Click ‘Export’ and retrieve your file from your downloads. This particular export will provide a list of guests including the following data (assuming this data has been previously collected and saved in the system):
- Guest Status
- First & Last Name
- Phone & Mobile Phone Number
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Full Mailing Address
How to export your Billing Contacts and Ticket List
- Navigate to Events > select your event and click on the ‘Invoices & Tickets’ tab
- Click ‘Export’ and select to export either the billing contacts or ticket list in as either Excel or CSV file
- Exporting Billing Contacts
This export will provide a list of all billing contacts including the following details (as long as this information was collected and saved in Elvanto):- Invoice Number & Event Name
- Last & First Name
- Phone Number
- Full Home Address
- Full Mailing Address
- Payment Method
- Invoice Date & Status
- Number of Registrants
- Amount Paid and Ticket Total
- Discount Total & Fees Paid
- Total Tax & Tax Type
- Total & Total Due
- Transaction Total
- Discount Code
- Exporting Ticket List
These following fields are always included in your file:- First & Last Name
- Ticket Number & Ticket Type
- Invoice Number
- Event Occurrence Information
- Phone
- Invoice Payment Status
- Additionally, you can choose to include any Built in and Custom People Fields.
