Data Migration from IconCMO to Elvanto

At Tithely, we strive to make data migration as painless as possible. The instructions below will guide you through how to export People, Groups, Giving, and Envelope information out of your current IconCMO account for import into Elvanto.

How to Export People from IconCMO

1. Login to your IconCMO account.
2. Navigate to People > Members > Mem-Export > Members & Address.
3. Select the Member Status: Everyone.
4. Check Excel Report.
5. Click the Show Report button.

How to Export Groups from IconCMO

1. Login to your IconCMO account.
2. Navigate to Groups > Grp-Reports > All Categories, their Groups & Members.
3. Check Excel Report.
4. Click the Show Report button.

How to Export Giving from IconCMO

Please Note: If you have a large number of contributions, you may need to perform this several times. The report will cut off if it exceeds the maximum spreadsheet size. If this applies to you, we recommend exporting a year at a time.

1. Login to your IconCMO account.
2. Navigate to Contributions > Funds & Pledges.
3. Click Reports.
4. Scroll down the list of reports and locate Posting Journal Reprint.
5. Select Journal Numbers for the date range of contributions you'd like to export.
6. Select Excel Report.
7. Click the Show Report button.

How to Export Envelopes from IconCMO

1. Login to your IconCMO account.
2. Navigate to Contributions > Env-Reports > Master Envelope List.
3. Check Excel Report.
4. Click the Show Report button.
