Data Migration from Elexio to Elvanto

At Tithely, we strive to make data migration as painless as possible. The instructions below will guide you through how to export People, Giving, Groups, Attendance, and Notes information from your current Elexio account for import into Elvanto.

How to Export People from Elexio

1. Login to your Elexio account.
2. Navigate to Reports.
3. Select the Demographics folder.
4. Select People List - FCR3101.0.
5. Select the fields you'd like included in the export. Be sure to include:
   • Envelope #
   • Household ID
   • Contact ID
6. Click the Data Grid button.
7. Click the Export to Excel button at the bottom of the screen.

How to Export Giving from Elexio

1. Login to your Elexio account.
2. Navigate to Reports.
3. Select the Givings & Finances folder.
4. Select Contribution Detail - FCR3301.0.
5. In the Quick Filter Tab set the contribution date range to All Dates.
6. In the Field Chooser Tab, be sure to include:
   • Envelope #
   • Household ID
   • Contact ID
7. Click the Data Grid button.
8. Click the Export to Excel button at the bottom of the screen.

How to Export Groups from Elexio

1. Login to your Elexio account.
2. Navigate to Reports.
3. Select the Ministry Teams folder.
4. Select Ministry Team Involvement - FCR3002.0.
5. Click the Data Grid button.
6. Click the Export to Excel button at the bottom of the screen.

How to Export Attendance from Elexio

1. Login to your Elexio account.
2. Navigate to Reports.
3. Select the Attendance folder.
4. Select Individual Based.
5. Select Attendance Detail - FCR3212.0.
6. Click the Data Grid button.
7. Click the Export to Excel button at the bottom of the screen.

How to Export Notes from Elexio

1. Login to your Elexio account.
2. Navigate to Reports.
3. Select the Notes folder.
4. Select FCR 3501.
5. Click the Data Grid button.
6. Click the Export to Excel button at the bottom of the screen.
