Data Migration from Church Management Solutions to Elvanto

At Tithe.ly, we strive to make data migration as painless as possible. The instructions below will guide you through how to export People and Attendance information from your current Church Management Solutions account for import into Elvanto.

How to Export People from Church Management Solutions

1. Login to your Church Management Solutions account.
2. Select Process > Merge/Export File > New Report.
3. Title the report and click OK.
4. Change the File Type to Person.
5. Select the Member/Participation button and pick the statuses of the people you'd like to export.
6. Click the checkbox to include field name in first row.
7. Click Browse and select where you would like the file to be saved.
8. Click the Output File button on the right side of the screen to download your file.

How to Export Attendance from Church Management Solutions

1. Login to your Church Management Solutions account.
2. Navigate to Reports > Events and pick an event.
3. Select All Members.
4. Click on the envelope with the down arrow.
5. Save as a CSV file.
