At Tithely, we strive to make data migration as painless as possible. The instructions below will guide you through how to export People and Giving information from your current Church Helpmate account for import into Elvanto.
How to Export People from Church Helpmate
- Login to your Church Helpmate account.
- Navigate to the left menu under Individuals and select Reports & Outputs.
- From the new window, select Individuals Output Configurator on the left.
- Navigate to the Export tab and select CSV and make the following selections:
- Check All Data Fields.
- Filename: Save it to a location you can easily access.
- Options: Select Include field names as first row.
- Click the Export button.
How to Export Giving from Church Helpmate
- Login to your Church Helpmate account.
- Navigate to the left menu under Contributions and select Reports & Outputs.
- From the new window, select Contributor Output Configurator on the left.
- Click the Exported Files button.
- Navigate to the Export tab and make the following selections:
- Date Range: Set to Custom, with a Start Date and End Date.
- Data Type: Contributor Details (1 record per contribution).
- File Type: CSV.
- Output Options: Include field names as first row.
- Filename: Save it to a location you can easily access.
- Click the Export button.
