Data Migration from Church360° Members to Elvanto

At Tithely, we strive to make data migration as painless as possible. The instructions below will guide you through how to export People and Giving information from your current Church360° Members account for import into Elvanto.

How to Export People from Church360°

First Report:

1. Login to your 360Members account.
2. Navigate to People and then select Individuals.
3. Click Columns and select All.
4. Click Download at the top right and choose to export to CSV.
5. Click Show Report.

Second Report:

1. Login to your 360Members account.
2. Navigate to People and then select Givers.
3. Click Columns and select All.
4. Click Download at the top right and choose to export to CSV.
5. Click Show Report.

How to Export Giving from Church360°

1. Login to your 360Members account.
2. Navigate to Offerings.
3. Select Date Range. You can also use the slide bar, but you can only pick a year and a half at a time.
4. Select Offerings for Everyone from the drop-down boxes in the upper right.
5. Click Download at the top right and choose to export to CSV.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 until you have all the data you need.
