At Tithely we strive to make data migration as painless as possible. The instructions below will guide you through how to export People and Giving information out of your current Realm account to be imported into Elvanto.
How to Export People from Realm

Login to your Realm account.

Select "Reports" on the left menu

Select "Custom Query"
-
Find People where "Family Name" is not blank.

Select Show Results
-
Click Preview and then "Edit Columns"
a) Select all the columns you'd like
b) Click Apply -
Click Preview and then "Download" as "Individual List (.csv)"
How to Export Giving from Realm

Login to your Realm account.

Navigate to the Reporting section.

Select Pre-defined Reports.

Go to the Giving tab, and select "Detailed Giving" - "Edit and Run".

Select the date range you'd like to export.

Hit Run.

Once the report is complete, click the printer icon and select "Export (.csv)".
How to Export Groups from Realm

Login to your Realm account.

Navigate to "Admin" > "Groups" > "All Groups".

For each group you'd like to export:
a) Click on Group
b) Select the Gear Icon and pick "Export Roster csv" (this icon is on the top menu bar next to the group name.
