Forms allow you to collect information to be utilized in the database. They can be accessed via a link or embedded into another website.

Customizing Your Form

1. Update Profiles Automatically

   • Decide if you want a person’s profile to be automatically updated when they submit a form.

2. Approval Requirement

   • Choose whether form submissions need to be approved first.

3. Trigger Actions Upon Approval

   • Select actions to perform upon approval, such as:
     • Add to a group
     • Add to a step in a people flow
