Using Form Categories

Form categories allows you to group together all your forms into categories created by you. This is a great way to organize all your forms for quick access. In this article we will go over how to categorize your forms in Elvanto.

Creating a New Form Category

  1. Log into Elvanto as an Admin.
  2. Hover over Forms
  3. Select Categories.
  4. Select Add Category.
  5. Enter a Name for your new form category.
  6. Select Confrim.

 

Editing a New Form Category

  1. Log into Elvanto as an Admin.
  2. Hover over Forms
  3. Select Categories.
  4. Select Edit next to the category you would like to edit.
  5. Edit the name of your category.
  6. Select Save.

 

Viewing Form Categories  

  1. Log into Elvanto as an Admin.
  2. Hover over Forms.
  3. Select All Forms
  4. Select the View drop down.
  5. Select the Category you would like to view.
  6. Your list will auto refresh and all Forms in the selected Category will appear.

 

Add Forms to Categories

  1. Log into Elvanto as an Admin.
  2. Hover over Forms.
  3. Select All Forms
  4. Select Edit beneath the from you would like to add. 
    Note: If creating a new form select Create Form.
  5. Select the Category drop down. 
  6. Select the Category you would like to add the form to.
  7. Select Save
