Forms allow you to collect information to be utilized in the database. They can be accessed via a link, or embedded into another website.
You can customize your form to trigger different actions when a person submits a form. First, you have to choose whether you want a person’s profile to be automatically updated or not and whether it needs to be approved first. You can then select actions to perform upon approval like ‘add to a group’, or ‘add to a step in a people flow’, for example.
You can also accept event registrations within forms. This is particularly useful for handling things like conferences when needing to collect extra details about attendees.
