Step 1: Access Your Account Settings
- Log in to your Elvanto Admin account.
- From the Admin Area, navigate to the upper-right corner and locate the Settings option.
- Within the Settings menu, locate and select Passwords & Security.
- Scroll down to the Two Factor Authentication Settings section.
- Choose the ideal 2FA setup for your needs:
- Activate account-wide 2FA to prompt all users to use an authenticator app, available on smartphones and select desktop password managers.
- Activate 2FA for Super Admins only to prompt all users to use an authenticator app, available on smartphones and select desktop password managers.
- Activate 2FA for specific Access Permissions.
- Select Save to confirm selection.
Note: This will immediately require those selected to set up 2FA next time they attempt to log in.
