Within Elvanto we have a feature called ‘Access Permissions’. Access Permissions allows your administrators and leaders to choose what you have access to.
I can’t find what I’m looking for!
You may not have access to certain features because of one of the following reasons:
-
You haven’t been given access
The first step is to contact your administrator or leader. Explain to them what you are looking to do in Elvanto and they will be able to give you the access required if they choose.
-
Your administrator has configured a setting incorrectly
Although you may have been told that you have been given access to a feature in Elvanto, certain settings may have been configured incorrectly or overlooked by your administrator, meaning you still can’t access them.
One example would be viewing ‘Songs’ in the Member Area. Although your administrator may have given you access to songs in Access Permissions, there are further settings where administrators can limit which volunteer departments can view songs. If you are not assigned to one of those departments, you cannot see songs.
It’s always best to reach out to your administrator or leader for help.
