Billing in Elvanto [Legacy Plans]

At Tithely, we strive to make data migration and subscription management as painless as possible. This guide will help you manage your Elvanto Legacy Plan effectively, including updating billing details, changing plans or billing frequency, and handling declined payments.

Overview

Your subscription is based on the Active Adult Members in Your Account. You are not charged for profiles marked as Contact, Archived, or those designated in the Family Relationship as Child. We recommend selecting a plan that covers the number of active adults in your account. Once you find the plan you’d like, click the Select button next to it.

Update Billing Contact Details

  1. Navigate to the Billing and Plan area.
  2. Edit the contact details by pressing the Edit option.
  3. Update the billing contact details and add additional billing contacts if desired.

How to Change Plans or Billing Frequency

  1. Go to Billing located under the User Navigation.
  2. Click on the Billing & Plan page and select Change Plan to upgrade/downgrade or Change Frequency to adjust billing frequency.

When you upgrade your account mid-cycle, we will prorate your previous plan and contribute any unused funds to the new billing cycle.

You can choose to be billed annually or monthly. You will then be given an overview of your order and asked to confirm the upgrade.

Caution when downgrading your plan: Be sure to decrease the number of active profiles before downgrading your plan. You can follow these steps here to learn more. Otherwise, Elvanto will automatically deactivate profiles to fit within your account plan limit. Should you need to locate which profiles were deactivated, you can follow these instructions to manually set individual profiles to active again. 

How to Update Your Payment Details

  1. Log into the Admin Area and navigate to the Billing and Plan page.
  2. At the bottom left of the page, select the Edit option to update your payment details.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Credit and Debit Cards branded with MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.

My Payment is Being Declined

If your card is declined, contact your bank for clarification. Possible reasons include incorrect card details, blocked international transactions, insufficient funds, or restrictions on debit cards. For a comprehensive list of credit card error codes and their meanings, click here.

How Upgrade Costs are Calculated

When you upgrade your account mid-cycle, the cost is calculated by:

  1. Calculating the time left in your current plan as a fraction.
  2. Calculating the cost of the remaining time based on the amount you've already paid.
