How to Add an Asset

Efficiently manage your church's resources by creating and administering assets within Elvanto. This feature allows for streamlined booking processes and clear communication with event organizers and administrators.

How to Add an Asset

  1. Log into Elvanto as an Admin.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Locate and select Assets.
  4. Select Add.
  5. Fill in the details of the new asset: 
    • Name
    • Archived or Unarchived Asset
    • Location associated with
    • Admins to notify when the asset is booked 
    • Notification preference
    • Required time between bookings
    • Contact template
  6. Save your edits to create this asset.

  • Assigning administrators ensures oversight and efficient management of asset bookings.
  • The buffer time feature is crucial for maintaining the asset's readiness for each event.
  • Customizing contact templates can enhance the clarity and professionalism of your communications regarding asset bookings.
