Generate Giving Statements for Specific Donors in Elvanto

To generate giving statements for all of your donors through Elvanto, click here.

If you are looking to generate a giving statement for an individual (or small group of individuals) rather than all of your donors we'll guide you through the steps below. 

Please Note: Elvanto Super Admins or Admins with Financial Access Permissions can generate giving statements.

How To Generate a Giving Statement for an Individual in Elvanto

  1. Login to your Elvanto Admin account.

  2. Select Financial from the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Reports from the Financial menu.

  4. Select Giving Statements from the list of reports.

  5. Once clicked, a Giving Statements page will appear.

  6. Under the Generate For section, select By Name in the dropdown.

  7. Once selected, you can search for individuals by name.

  8. Make your selections for the giving statement.

  9. Click the Generate button.

    Newly generated giving statements will open in a new browser window. From here you can print or download your statements as a PDF file.
