Migration Steps
- Before moving in to Breeze, we highly recommend taking a look at your data in Elvanto. The best start in Breeze is as good as your data coming from Elvanto.
- Fill out the Move-In Request Form and include the Account Owner's Email Address in the Login Details. We need that email address in order to find your Elvanto account. No other information is needed.

Upon completion of the Form, we will review your request and will reach out to the email address included in the "Email" field of the form. If you do not see a response within 1-2 business days, please check your Spam folder.
Depending on the data in Elvanto and what was requested, we may have additional questions to gain clarity on how to best accomplish your migration.
If there isn't a need for questions, or after the questions are answered, you will receive an email that contains details on what we will be moving into Breeze, along with a general timeframe that you can expect your Move-In to be completed in. Please note that you will not typically see data being gradually added to your Breeze account throughout that entire timeframe. - Once the Move-In is completed, you will receive a final email with confirmation that the Move-In process is done, asking you to review the data that was moved in. If you find that something doesn't look correct, or if you have additional questions about the data was moved in, you can reply directly in that email thread.

After your Move-In is complete, the final email will also include a link to an article that contains helpful information on each of the sections of Breeze, and suggestions on how to move forward with your new Church Management program.
During this time you can re-arrange Profile Fields, re-create any Forms that were in Elvanto, set up the Tithely Giving Integration, or add Profile Pictures.

Closing Elvanto
Upon completing your Migration, Elvanto will not be automatically cancelled. You will have the opportunity to review and compare all data that was transferred prior to cancellation.
When you're ready to cancel, you can reach out to support@tithe.ly, they will assist you in this process.
