My SMS Messages Aren’t Being Received

If your SMS Text messages aren’t sending, consider these options to troubleshoot.

Have you run out of credits?

If you’ve purchased credits for any of the providers other than ‘Email to SMS’, there’s a chance your SMS text messages aren’t sending because you’re out of credit. You should be able to log into your account at the SMS provider’s website to check this and from here top up if necessary.

Have you got the incorrect login details?

If you’re using a provider other than ‘Email to SMS’, the issue might also be that you’ve entered incorrect login details. There’s also a chance that you (or one of your team) changed login details on the provider’s website, which means you’d have to have updated them in your Elvanto account.

Have you checked your sending reports with your SMS company?

To ensure that Elvanto is connecting to the SMS company you have connected, log into your account you hold with them and check your sending reports. If you can see the SMS in their logs, it would be best to contact the SMS company to find out why the SMS has not been delivered.
