How to Automatically Send Email Reminders to Volunteers

To enable email reminders to be sent automatically to volunteers, go to Settings in the User Nav and then select Services.


Scroll to theĀ heading marked as ‘Volunteer Schedule Reminderā€™. Simply enable this setting by checking the box and saving.

To edit the email template, simply click on the link or by going to Emails & Letters > Built-in Contact Templates > Volunteer Schedule Reminder.

You can use your own customized email template by editing the template in this page.
