To access Elvanto LIVE, select the service you wish to view from the Admin Area and click the ‘Live’ button located on the top right of the page.
Choose a service time if you have multiple service times set up for a service.
If no-one else has taken control, you can select the ‘Take Control’ button on the right side of the screen.
At the bottom of the page is an icon. If you click this, it will bring up the notes for the service. Click the to close the notes.
There may be times when you’ll want to enter in any personal notes for the service. Click the ‘Personal’ tab in the Notes area, and simply write them in the text field as shown and email yourself a copy if you like.
Click the ‘Start’ button to start the service. The countdown at the top of the screen will then start counting down for the initial item in the service plan.
The current service plan item is displayed in green in the sidebar.
You can click on any particular item to see the items descriptions, and any notes for that item. These notes are locked down by departments, although Super Admins can of course view all notes.
Once the Service item has been completed, use the ‘Next’ and ‘Previous’ buttons to navigate between service items.

Once the service is finished, simply close the window.
