How to Unmark a Person as ‘Not a Duplicate’

If you have duplicates in your church account that aren’t coming up on the Duplicates page, chances are at some point they’ve been marked as ‘Not a Duplicate’ from within your Elvanto account.

To unmark them from ‘Not a Duplicate’, simply navigate to People and select Duplicates from the View dropdown.

Once the Duplicate page loads, click the ‘Not Duplicates’ button located on the bottom of the ‘People Views’ box.

When ‘Not Duplicates’ page loads, click the red link under a person’s name to remove them.

Once this has been performed, the person should reappear in the Duplicates list.
