You can allow people to register their attendance for an event using a form that you’ve added to your account. This method does not allow you to offer tickets or accept payments. See this article if you would like to accept tickets and/or payments.
There are two ways to link an event to a form.
When editing a form, there is an option to turn on ‘Event Attendance’. There are a number of options you can set and also an area where you can search and add events to the form.
When using the ‘Find events on’ date picker, you can choose to list all occurrences of a repeating event or just a single occurrence on a specific date.
You will also need to add the ‘Choose Events’ field to your form layout which will allow visitors to select the events when filling in the form.
In either case, you must set the “Future Occurrences” number to control what events will appear.
When editing an event, you can choose the ‘Register via form’ option and choose the name of the form you want to allow registrations from. This will automatically turn on ‘Event Attendance’ for the form you select (if it’s not already enabled).
