Before printing your labels you can adjust the paper and label size you are using. This article explains how to do so.
You can create multiple templates for your Address Labels. This can be done through the Admin Area by navigating to Settings under the User Nav and clicking on Account.
After selecting your People View, click on the ‘Contact These People’ link at the top right-hand corner.
Next, click on the ‘Send a Letter’ tab from the window that appears.
From there, you can click on the ‘Generate Address Labels’ link down the bottom of the window.
You can also export the view with the same instructions below.
From the ‘Reports’ page, find the report you would like to use to print the labels from. Underneath the name of the report, click on the ‘Export’ link which will open a new window.
Next, select ‘Generate Address Labels’, choose your template and click the ‘Export’ button.
