Creating and Editing Custom Fields

Creating and editing Custom Fields can be done by editing your People Categories. You can learn more about editing People Categories here. To add a Custom Field select the Custom Fields option in the side bar and then click the Add Custom Field button.

When this is clicked, a new window will appear. Here you can specify the name and type of custom field, and who has access to view and edit that field. You can also choose to make the field editable from the check-in screen.

The different fields appear differently on profiles depending on individual Access Permissions and People Category layout.
