Notes
Elvanto integrates with multiple third-party solutions. These solutions will have their own requirements. For example, while we support using a smartphones and tablets to use the system iOS or Android devices are not capable of running the Dymo software needed to print labels, so this can only be performed on a Windows or macOS operating system.
You’ll want to make sure you’re using the most recent stable release version of your preferred browser. We can’t promise full support for beta or developer versions.
In some cases, browser add-ons, extensions, or plugins can interfere with the functionality of our application. If you’re seeing any unexpected behavior while working in your Elvanto account, you may want to disable these extras or try a browser without them to see if things improve.
