System Requirements For Elvanto, Printers, & Mobile App

Elvanto is a cloud-based application that works in most web browsers. There’s no need to download or install any software to your computer, but there are a few browser-related settings you’ll need to make sure are enabled.

Compatible Browsers

Elvanto supports the current and previous major releases of the following browsers.

Browser Settings

Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser so all elements of our application work as expected.

Pop-ups and JavaScript should be enabled in your browser so you can view errors, alerts, and preview screens.

The minimum screen resolution should be set to 1024 x 768 for optimal viewing.

Compatible Mobile Browsers

Elvanto supports the current and previous major releases of the following browsers.

  • iOS: Safari, Google Chrome

  • Android: Google Chrome

  • Windows Phone: Microsoft Edge

Compatible Printers

As long as you can print from your computer, you should be able to print from Elvanto. Any printing from your browser (used to access your Elvanto account) is made via your locally installed or networked printer.

If you wish to use the check-in system we provide, please refer to our article on the types of label printers we support.

Elvanto App

The Elvanto App is available on the Google Play and Apple App Store.

  • Requires Android 4.1 and up
  • iPhone requires iOS 12.0 or later.
  • iPad requires iPadOS 12.0 or later.
  • iPod touch requires iOS 12.0 or later.
  • Mac requires macOS 11.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip or later.

Elvanto integrates with multiple third-party solutions. These solutions will have their own requirements. For example, while we support using a smartphones and tablets to use the system iOS or Android devices are not capable of running the Dymo software needed to print labels, so this can only be performed on a Windows or macOS operating system.

You’ll want to make sure you’re using the most recent stable release version of your preferred browser. We can’t promise full support for beta or developer versions.

In some cases, browser add-ons, extensions, or plugins can interfere with the functionality of our application. If you’re seeing any unexpected behavior while working in your Elvanto account, you may want to disable these extras or try a browser without them to see if things improve.
