Elvanto Price Change FAQ

We understand that changes in price need to be communicated clearly, so your church can plan and budget. We hope this information helps answer your questions and provides clarity for your organization.

When will Elvanto's pricing be changing?

The price change will take effect on Wednesday, May 10th, 2023.

What will be Elvanto's new pricing?

Due to the number of different plans available, we cannot provide that information here as there are many variances including currency. However, you would have received an email correspondence sent on the 18th of April 2023 which would have mentioned your plan, your current pricing, and your new fee. If you're unable to find this information please reach out to us.

Will our discount be changing based on payment frequency?

No, churches that choose to pay every six months or every twelve months will continue to have their 10% and 20% discounts on the total new price.

Will I be charged a prorated amount if my subscription billing cycle is not on the 10th of the month?

No. Your new subscription price will simply start on your next billing cycle that falls on or after May 10th. For example, if your billing cycle occurs on the 15th of each month, you’ll see your new subscription price of $72 reflected for your account on June 15th.

For the past 12 years, we have been committed to offering Elvanto at an affordable price, without any increase. Our priority has always been to provide excellent church management software that caters to your needs. As we continue to grow and develop new features, we have thoughtfully and carefully calculated a new monthly cost that will help us sustain our commitment to providing the best product and support for you now and in the future. We appreciate your understanding and continued support, and we look forward to partnering with you in your ministry goals.

Why are you making the price increase now and not at the beginning of the year when we do our yearly budgets?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the timing of our price increase and understand your concern regarding the impact on your budget. While we strive to provide advanced notice of any price adjustments, rising costs have required a mid-year price increase. Our team works diligently to minimize the impact on our customers and we remain committed to providing you with the same exceptional products/services and support that you have come to rely on from us.
