System Requirements

Elvanto is a cloud-based application that works in most web browsers. There’s no need to download or install any software to your computer, but there are a few browser-related settings you’ll need to make sure are enabled.

Compatible Browsers

Elvanto supports the current and previous major releases of the following browsers.

Please note that Microsoft Edge is still very new and there are a number of features in Elvanto that are not fully supported by the browser. If you are experiencing any issues, we’d recommend using another browser until Microsoft iron out the bugs.

Browser Settings

Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser so all elements of our application work as expected.

Pop-ups and JavaScript should be enabled in your browser so you can view errors, alerts, and preview screens.

The minimum screen resolution should be set to 1024 x 768 for optimal viewing.

Compatible Mobile Browsers

Elvanto supports the current and previous major releases of the following browsers.

  • iOS: Safari, Chrome
  • Android: Chrome
  • Windows Phone: Internet Explorer
  • Blackberry: Any modern browser

Compatible Printers

As long as you can print from your computer, you should be able to print from Elvanto. Any printing from your browser (used to access your Elvanto account) is made via your locally installed or networked printer.

If you wish to use the check-in system we provide, please refer to our article on the types of label printers we support.

Notes

Elvanto integrates with multiple third party solutions. These solutions will have their own requirements. For example, while we support using a smart phone to use the system, or a tablet, iOs or Android devices are not capable of running a Dymo Print Station, as Dymo requires software that can only be installed on a Windows or Mac OSX operating system.

You’ll want to make sure you’re using the most recent stable release version of your preferred browser. We can’t promise full support for beta or developer versions.

In some cases, browser add-ons, extensions, or plugins can interfere with the functionality of our application. If you’re seeing any unexpected behavior while working in your Elvanto account, you may want to disable these extras or try a browser without them to see if things improve.
